Age 89, of St. Paul

Passed away peacefully on June 6, 2007. Preceded in death by his mother and father, four brothers, six sisters, and grandson Jaime. Survived by daughter DeAnne (Dudley) Sherman, son David Boeltl, sister Lucille Kaiser, beloved friend Helen Chaseley, three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many good friends. Art worked for Ashbach Construction until he retired in 1982. He enjoyed baking, making jelly, growing tomatoes, and working on his beautiful Model Ts. Art was a self-educated man who loved a good game of cribbage and a great conversation. We?ll miss his kind and generous manner and his twinkling blue eyes. He now waits for us to join him to rejoice together in eternity. Our special thanks to Lyngblomsten Transitional Care Unit for their compassionate and supportive care. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Lyngblomsten Foundation, 1415 Almond Ave , St Paul , MN 55108 . Mass of Christian Burial TUE 10:30 AM at ST. THOMAS THE APOSTLE CATHOLIC CHURCH 2119 Stillwater Ave. Visitation MON 4-8 PM at KESSLER & MAGUIRE FUNERAL HOME 640 W. St. (651-224-2341) and one hour prior at the church. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery .
