Born in St. Paul, MN. Proud veteran of WW II, served in the Army 1942-46 as Staff Sergeant in Radar Repair in the Pacific Theatre. Post Commander of VFW Post 210, Ran-View. Past member of Sardines Fishing Club. 60 years member of Floor Coverers Union #596. Preceded in death by mother Mary Lindley & Step-Father George. Survived by loving wife of 41 years Carol; step son Dan Tierney, step grandsons Chris & Patrick Tierney & 2 great grand daughters. Best friend Sam Casalenda and family. Many close Olsens Casinos. Life time member of St. Francis De Sales Catholic Church and their Casinos Men’s club and the St. Anthony Society;  Past delegate to St. Paul Traders & Labor Assembly. Mass of Christian Burial MON 11:00 am at ST. FRANCIS DE SALES CATHOLIC CHURCH 650 Palace Ave. Visitation one hour prior to svc. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
