Donald R. Norgard

Passed away peacefully on July 15. He is preceded in death by his parent, Edward and Florence Norgard. He is survived by cousins, friends, and his God son, Duane.

Don lived in St. Paul his entire life. He enjoyed attending events like the MN State Fair, the Winter Carnival, Monster Trucks, and car shows. He graduated from Monroe High School and participated in the Alumni breakfasts. He liked going downtown, playing Bingo, shopping at the Dollar Store, at Menard's, at Ax-Man, and Radio Shack. He had a large collection of CB (Citizen Band) Radios, phones, scanners, DVD's and other gadgets. He loved the hamburgers at McDonald's and ate them almost every day.

A special thanks to the staff of Project Caring and Allina Hospice for the compassion and kindness you gave to Don. You are all angels on earth.

Services will be held at Kessler & Maguire Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 28 at 11:00am, with a visitation an hour before. Interment will follow after the service at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

Memorials preferred to the Epilepsy Foundation, or the Alliana Health Hospice Foundation.
