Edward Holland Sr.

Edward Dennis Holland Sr., 67, of Arden Hills, unexpectedly passed away at his residence with his family at his side Sunday, August 26, 2018.

He is preceded in death by his parents, John and Marie; two brothers, John and Gene.

Edward was born February 27, 1951 to John and Marie (Novak) Holland in Saint Paul, Minnesota.  He attended elementary school at St. Johns Catholic School in Saint Paul and attended Moundsview High School through the eleventh grade.

On March 24, 1973 he married Beverly Jeane Anderson  at St. Peters Lutheran Church in St. Paul.  Together they lived and raised their family in Arden Hills where they lived for many years. Edward was employed with West Publishing for 35 years and retired in 2009.

Edward is survived by his loving wife Beverly; son Edward Jr. (Lisa), daughter Shilo (James) Beaver; six grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren.  His step mother Arlene, 2 half brothers, Rick and Terry Holland; 2 half sisters, Michelle (Dave) Bzdok and Shannon Holland.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, August 30, 2018 at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, 398 Superior St., St. Paul, with a visitation one hour prior to services at the church.  Private family inurnment will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Maplewood, Minnesota.
