Stoffel Jervis "Jerry, Jerv" 86 of St. Paul Park Died peacefully Oct 18, 2013 surrounded by his loving family. Preceded in death by parents Marcus & Mary of Vermillion; wife Cecelia; son Jeffrey; brothers Jerome, Lawrence, Norbert; sister Mary Catherine. Survived by loving children Mary Somnis, Jay(Loly), Steve(Jane), Philip(Virginia), Sue(Bill) Nichols; daughter in law Cindy(Don) Spano; 24 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; brother Lewellyn"Wally"(Bernie); sisters Martha(Paul) Greten, Rita(Bob) Zignego; sisters in law Delores Stoffel, Eleanore, Marion, and Nancy Matczynski. Memorial Mass 11 am Thursday at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church(920 Holley Ave. St. Paul Park) with a visitation 4-8 Wednesday at the Marian Center (200 Earl St.) and one hour prior to Mass at church. Casino Rosary 7pm Wednesday at the Marian Center. Interment St. Thomas Aquinas Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred to the Marian Center. A special thanks to his caregivers at the Marian Center, HealthEast Hospice, and Promise Care.
