Julene was born April 10, 1960 to Kenneth and Lorraine Smith in New Prague, MN and died on October 12, 2015 at the Southview Acres Care Center in West St. Paul. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday ~ October 17th from 1-4 PM at KESSLER & MAGUIRE FUNERAL HOME 640 W. 7th St.
