Luty, Lilly A . "Chic" 80 of St. Paul. Born June 14, 1932 to John & Ann Lichtenberg. She is preceded in death by parents and siblings John, Melvina, Robert "Joe", & Ann. Survived by husband of 62 years Joseph; son Robert (Kathy); grandchildren Shannon (Jason) Phillips, Ryan; great grandchildren Owen & Evan Phillips; brothers Fritz, Louie; sister Darlene (Martin); many other relatives and friends. Chic attended Monroe High School & was a member of St. Luke"s Lutheran Church since 1956. Private family service at Fort Snelling National Cemetery
