Patricia was preceded in death by her parents Weaver & Ruth Noggle; sister Sue Nahl and daughter Debra Jean. Survived by her children William Brown Jr., Cheryl Brown (Vonley) & Edward Brown (Jennifer); grandchildren April, Darla, David, Kelly, Jeremy, April, Trisha, Jed & Gabby; many loving great grandchildren, nieces & nephews; sister Penny Rickel; brothers Weaver (Shelly) & Keith (Michelle) Noggle. Memorial Service Monday 4 pm at KESSLER & MAGUIRE 640 W. 7th St. 651-224-2341 with a gathering starting at 2pm.
