Quincy Domingo Schaffer, age 21, of St. Paul, MN journeyed to the Spirit World on January 31, 2021.
He was born on November 13, 1999 in St. Paul, MN the son of John Martin and Angela Schaffer.
Quincy enjoyed fishing, playing basketball, sport shooting and camping. He liked crafting with his mother and selling the items, he was a great artist. He enjoyed cooking and building new things together with his father. Quincy had an energy that could light up a room and he had the heart of a giant. There was a wisdom within him and we prayed he would find it. He had a smile so warm that he could melt the coldest of hearts. He was very family oriented and loyal. Quincy cherished the ones he cared about whether they were blood related or not. He loved to pull pranks and he could use his dimple to get whatever he wanted. Quincy was larger than life and forever in our hearts!
