Rosie attended Nativity Grade School, St. Joseph ‘s Academy and was a proud ‘Katie”, graduating from the College of St. Catherine School of Nursing. Rosie loved art, travel, reading, politics, her “Golden Girls”, her Catholic faith, a good glass of wine and all things Irish. She had many accomplishments in the field of Nursing but she always said that her greatest source of pride and joy was her family.
Preceded in death by parents John & Agnes Fallon; children Marybeth Schwartzbauer, Tom, Larry; sister Betty (Pat) McPartland; former husband Joe.
Beloved mother of Joe (Rose), Anne (Mike) McQuillan, Charles (Sue), Bill (Sue), Meg (Joe) Mindrup, Matt; daughter-in-law Lori; 27 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild; many nieces & nephews.
We are so grateful for the amazing care and the community that surrounded Rosie at Little Sisters of the Poor. Special thanks also to Our Lady of Peace hospice.
Visitation 9:30-11 AM with 11 AM Mass of Christian Burial Monday (5/24) at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, 1154 Seminole Ave. W. St. Paul. Burial resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials to Little Sisters of the Poor.
